Cannon Preowned Grenada

I do not recommend getting a vehicle from this establishment. I got this brand new 2021 Lincoln from this facility had it for one month and on my way through Kentucky on the way to a travel contact it all the sudden would not go in gear and would drive in reverse then all the sudden quit going down the road, come to find out it was the transmission and they did not want to pay for it. They then proceeded to say if I didn’t pay the 5,200 for a new transmission then they would put it on me as a repossession. I responded I would not be paying for something that they knew was wrong with it before they sold it to me. Now I have this on my record as a repossession because I got a used vehicle from this facility when I should have got a new one that wasn’t preowned.

I purchased this car for my daughter for her recent accomplishment of finishing nursing school. The car buying experience was very easy. I would definitely recommend others to the dealership. Last but not least, I wanna give a big thanks to Mr. Dontrel Quinn for being so patient and helpful throughout the car buying process.
