Take 5 Car Wash

This carwash has completely went down hill. I visited today and there were only about 3-4 vacuums working, 1-2 bottles of window cleaner (that left my windows greasy), and approximately the same amount of interior cleaner. It has been this way for a while now and today was the last straw. I’m cancelling my membership.

The car wash did not clean the car. It didn’t even remove all of the soap. I had to go to a nearby spray wash to get the rest of the soap off. All vacuum bays were full, so I couldn’t vacuum the car. Don’t waste your money. The Price would’ve been reasonable had it cleaned the car properly. In this case, it was $10 wasted.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I visited this car wash today, 09/16/2025, around 2:15–2:30 PM and had a very disappointing experience. This was actually the second time I came today; the first time I forgot my wallet, but even then the same worker ignored us while we sat at the kiosk. When we returned, we again pulled up to the kiosk and waited about 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. The worker was sitting on the back of a truck, and even after I said “excuse me” twice, he ignored us. Instead, as another white customer arrived, he got up and went straight into a conversation with him. When we later drove out, we saw him spark yet another conversation with a different white customer, which made it very clear his treatment toward us was intentional. It’s great to have a machine wash your truck, but don’t expect it to wash away all the dry bugs. They’re just in it to make a quick buck. Bought the $27 package thinking that all those bugs on my windshield will get washed away. Wishful thinking.

The two ladies that helped me out were very helpful! It’s a very fast and efficient car wash. :)
