I’ve lived here since 2017, and from day one, the team has consistently taken great care of me and my family. Like any long-term resident, I’ve experienced a few maintenance issues over the years—most notably with my AC—but the team has always responded quickly and efficiently to my work orders. The staff has continually been kind, attentive, and generous with their time, ensuring that my needs are met. Having worked in the multifamily industry myself for several years—from leasing offices to now partnering with ownership and management companies across the country to evaluate and improve office performance—I’ve seen the full spectrum of service quality. Never had a problem or bad experience with anyone here and I’ve been here for over a year. Everything always gets done when it needs to be. My daughter and I love it here

I called on a Tuesday morning to get information on their apartments after the 2nd attempt no one picks up so I left a voicemail with a contact number, days later I don't hear back I take my wife and my newborn son travel 107 miles to the location only to be greeted rudely and top it off the conversation was disrespectful on her end. The Staff here is a joke !! i wouldn't do business with them.

I wouldn't give this place even 1 star after the experience my sister has had there, but I had to in order to write a review. They failed to mention that bed bugs are included in your rental.
