Just wasted $38 both wash bays not functioning. Brush broken in one and both high pressure lines broke in other bay. Lost $38 here today what a rip off. Called no answer and no one working here. What a hustle. Make money and do nothing just rip people off. Edit** that is not me in the photo, when I was done I went to see if anyone had showed up to help since they have cameras and can see what’s going on and by the time I got back some poor guy had become another victim….

First time ever using an automated wash like this, used to the tunnels. Smooth experience, wash was great. I love that I can go anytime. Great experience. Maybe just add tap to pay to the stations so no need to get out of car as CC swipe angle is not good from inside any SUV but small potatoes.

This place is the worst !!! The self bay is 10$ The employees are rude and rush you. Like did you not just see me spend $20 washing my vehicle I was trying to put my rubber floor mats back in my truck and they come over to you harassing you about hurrying up and leaving it’s not like anyone is behind me waiting seems like management is the ones behind it definitely isn’t the best way to treat your customers. Definitely won’t be back again although I’ve said I wouldn’t be back before but they are the only self bay in town .back to Melrose I guess where they treat people right and isn’t a lot of money

Went there to vacuum my car. The guy goes can you move up to let this lady through but there was no letting her through. The place was packed I was stuck there till an opening was available for me to leave. I just wanted my damn car to be vacuumed. She could have waited cause the lines were long. Never again. They don’t know how to piece puzzles together clearly.

Have come here about once every few weeks or so since I found it in April. Used both self-wash and touch-less washes, and they've been GREAT! Everything works as it should, everything is well maintained and taken care of, and the bays are open 24/7. Having a self-wash open late is great for those nights you just want to wash the car in peace! Briefly met the owner, Peter, who seemed super nice and extremely helpful as well. Made sure all is well, and the quality of everything is top-notch. Anyone looking for that local place to wash your car, look no further because this is definitely it. Thankfully I don't have to drive far to wash the car anymore!
