Capital City Kia Service Center

I had an oil change appointment and all went well. My car was ready in 40 minutes. They also washed my car. That was a nice plus included with appointment. From the time I arrived I was greeted by friendly and helpful people. The waiting area is nice, clean. They offer cofee, tea, bottled water and snacks.

I go to Capital City Kia due to the fact that I bought my vehicle from them, they treated me fairly at purchase and have been great post sale. They always do an inspection when I come in to get something serviced and they inform me of any issues and status me on the service. I know that when I bring my vehicle in to Capital City Kia, they do a quality job the first time and I have peace of mind.

Loving my new car! Special shout out to my girl Cynthia Acorace for being the best car sales person I have ever had!! I have purchased many cars in my 40 years of life but this girl went above and beyond to do everything in her power to make me happy and didnt give up until she made everything right.. not only is she a great car sales person but probably one of the most genuine easy going people I have ever met. Vinnie was amazing! My windshield wipers couldn’t work. The team diagnosed the problem and had me in and out of there much faster than I imagined. Would highly recommended and ask for Vinnie!

Great place to purchase a vehicle or receive service on your vehicle. I purchased my Kia last year and have been servicing it with them since. I’ve dealt with Lynn and Vinnie and they are both spectacular!
