I recently purchased a Honda CRV sport hybrid from Capital Honda and had the pleasure of working with Micah DeMass. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. He’s so straightforward and transparent. There was no pressure to rush into a decision, which I greatly appreciated.

I bought a new car… not the one I thought I’d buy though! After test driving Lexus and Acura, neither of which fit my needs, I decided to go to Capital Honda. I worked with Micah, and after listening to what I wanted he put me in..of all things…the Honda CRV Hybrid Sport Touring. To my surprise, the car fits 95% of what I was looking for, and honestly, working with Micah and later, Jeff, was just easy and very pleasant. No hard sell, no double talk, just up front, honest, and respectable. I truly appreciated them both and would highly recommend anyone to give Micah a call and talk to him. Absolutely one of the worst automobile dealerships I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life, and I say that as the son of the director of AAA and the nephew of the head the Michigan automobile dealers association. my father was behind dealerships such as Crippin and Story and was highly respected in the automobile industry in this city. But the days of reputable and decent automobile industry people in this city are long gone, and this dealership is a fine example of what to expect now. Good luck if you have a recall that needs to be done because they don’t wanna touch it because they’re all about profit and greed. I literally scheduled an appointment to come in to have a recall repair done with Mike and added an oil change and all they did was the oil change and didn’t do the recall repair

I want to give a MASSIVE shout out to Jack Petty specifically!!!! Along with him, Jarred and Jeff. They've been incredibly empathic, sympathetic and transparent. After the unfortunate diagnosis of my Civic's total transmission failure..., they went above and BEYOND to give the best advice, and provided direction. On top of that there was absolutely no pressure on making a decision on my "dead" civic that was sitting in their lot for almost 2 weeks. This entire dealership team is amazing and they will help you out! If I could give a higher review it would be 1000. Once again HIGHLY reccomend.
