Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Autumn was fantastic and went through everything thoroughly for me. Much better experience than I had over in Grand Ledge where they didn't even change the cabin air filter. I'll be coming back for sure!

I used to trust Valvoline however last time I went in they lied to my face. Said they checked my tire pressure and it was good. I know for a fact they couldn't have done that tho... my tire pressure valve was currently impossible to remove because the cap fused on top. Its not safe to send someone off thinking they had full tires when they dont. Thankfully I already knew the condition my tires were in. EDIT: I GOT WORSE... I took it to a mechanic to find out there's now also an oil leak... thanks guys great job. I should have never gone here

At the Okemos, Mi location recently, I had no wait outside or inside for my oil change. The asst. mgr. John asked if I wanted to have my cabin filter changed and when I told him yes, but a tech a few years ago started to do it a few years back and said it was a pain and would take a while, John said that wasn’t true and was able to get it done while the tech, John completed my oil change. They were being very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a coupon and I got the cabin filter on sale, so the price was reasonable.

Haven’t even got the oil change and I’ll be back! 😆 The ONLY location with someone who walked out to the cars in line while others are being serviced. And it’s a chilly February day. I appreciate that type of care and effort. Thanks and hopefully now the oil change is good! 😉

The technicians were great! They explained everything and worked quickly. They were kind and polite. I thought the prices were reasonable, and I found a coupon online that gave me a discount. All in all, it was a great experience and I'd definitely recommend Valvoline!
