Discount Tire

The okemos discount tire is always so helpful and they actually care about their customers compared to other places. I’ve been coming to this location for years and there is a good reason why!! You guys do an excellent job, keep it up and thank you again!!

If I could give 6 stars I would. Unbelievably fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was shopping around and I'm glad I checked prices here, wound up saving hundreds of dollars and a week of waiting for an appointment by going with Discount Tire, since they took care of everything right then and there. Huge thank you to Justin at the front desk for knowing exactly what I was looking for. Garrett brought the car out to me when it was done and he was very nice as well. Amazing customer service all around, I could not be happier:)

Had a flat tire that I needed fixed while I waited, so I went to Bell Tire because my tire went flat about 400 yards from their store. They had 6 bays, and I could tell no cars had been inside because of the fresh snow. Went inside, and they wanted me to make an appointment and quoted me a wait time of 2-3 hours! So, I re-pumped up my tire and drove to your Okemos, MI store and although they were VERY busy, they got my truck in and fixed it in less than 1/2 hour! I had went there before, so I was comfortable there, and LOVE them!

Absolutely fantastic service. Everyone was extremely friendly and responsive from the moment I walked in. The service was fast, the people at the front desk were knowledgeable, they were very polite and respectful, and they put my old tires in bags before putting them in my car. I truly appreciated the attention I received and will definitely return to Discount Tire.

I bought a set of tires here a couple of months ago. With cold weather came the dash board indicator that tire pressure was low. I was out running errands so I drove to the store. After waiting in line the gentleman went out and measured tire pressures. Confirmed they were low and told me to drive to the cone. I was told to drive into the first stall and they filled all tires and got me back out in 5 minutes. Great job! I am not sure if they treat all customers this way or just the people that buy tires from them. They never asked for a bill of sale, so they may do this for all customers or potential customers! Great service!
