Most amazing experience! Mark was so helpful and got me everything I needed. So thankful for his work. Ask for Mark!! I am updating this 6 months later. I have had nothing but issues with the transmission, the bolts keep coming loose after being tightened and draining completely more than once. I wouldn't ever send anyone here.

A great buying experience from start to finish. Steve was very attentive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. The detail on the car was so good it was hard to tell it was a pre owned vehicle, inside , outside, engine compartment all looked as if this was a brand new car. The out of state buying process was simple, I reserved the car, e signed one document from Capital Car and they worked with USAA on the financial part. The deal was completed Friday, they shipped it Monday and arrived at my doorstep 08:30 Tuesday morning in pristine condition. Very fast shipping. Time from e sign docs to delivery 4 days. Quality cars, attention to detail and attentive to the customer all traits of Capital Motor.

Do NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership. Within a few months of purchasing my Audi Q7 I needed a $2500 repair for a new battery and alternator. There was also an $1800 repair needed for sensors, and a noisy belt right out of the gate! After years of thinking this was a reputable company I was definitely proven wrong. Don't make the mistake I did. Edit: this vehicle has been traded in! I went back to Mazda where I belonged in the first place! 😋

Purchased a F150 from here. Was great at first but shady stuff started to pop up. When I purchased the vehicle they didn’t provide the paperwork for the truck until I asked for it the next day. When I got it emailed to me they wrote on it being “illegal” to operate on highways after I signed. Bought the car with low coolant and two weeks later it got a coolant leak and they refused to help. Had they have actually done a thorough inspection they would’ve found that and fixed it before putting it on the lot. Don’t buy from here.
