I love Capitol Automotive! Everyone is so professional and courteous. My car died when I parked it in their lot for service. They kept me up to date about parts ordered and labor to be done. There was no pressure from them to get work done on a car that was dead. When I decided to have it towed away,, they didn’t give me any attitude for my decision and were very patient. This is a great place to bring in your car for service. I highly recommend Capitol Automotive!

It’s very hard to find trust in a mechanic, especially when faced with work that is unexpected and not common. They are depthful with their analysis, providing photos and full explanations for their estimates; as well, they are clear with what is needed immediately and what can be done at a later date. I love working with the folks at Capitol Automotive. I'm surprised I haven't done a review for them before. Just recently they did an oil change and my 60,000-mile service on my Toyota 4Runner. I bought it used a couple years back, and when I picked it up this week, it ran like when I first bought it! I couldn't believe how strong and smooth it was - guess I needed the service more than I realized. Everyone at this shop is so kind and knowledgeable, and they're great at telling you what needs to be done, vs. what could wait a bit. I haven't shopped around - they're probably not the cheapest in town, but for my money they are the best. I won't go anywhere else, if I can avoid it.

The folks at Capital Automotive were very communicative and up front about their work. You knew how much your service would cost 24 hours ahead of time. I had an alignment for my car done.
