I have to say I'm very pleased with Capital Auto. When my car had to get towed the driver dropped me off at my house. Which was much appreciated. When I called to get info on the charges and storages fees the person who answered was very pleasant and helpful. The day I called to pay the gentleman who assisted me was very understanding and gave me a excellent price. Which included the fee to have it towed back to my house. I couldn't be more grateful because it was very kind of him. I would definitely use Capital Auto when I need a tow.

Tin Le saw me stuck bad in the snow and stopped to help me out when he didn’t have to. I was badly stuck too and he risked it to help me out. Top tier person and top tier help. I even tried to pay him more after he charged me almost half off and he still sent me the extra money back.
