Captain Ron's Auto

Great end-to-end experience. Salesman (owner) was courteous and accommodating. I was choosing between multiple vehicles and the owner spent time showing me both vehicles and answering all my questions. I appreciated the low-pressure, customer-focused sales approach. The vehicle I purchased was in fantastic condition. The inside was clean, the outside was clean, the Carfax was clean…I am extremely happy with the vehicle. Highly recommend Captain Ron’s. Ask for Ronnie.

We drove 2.5 hours to test drive one of Ron’s jeeps. We loved the jeep but also wanted to get our vehicle from a reputable dealer since we were buying used. Ron provided excellent customer service during the sale but also after the sale. Not many dealers care about after sale customer service but Ron went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. We are loving our new jeep and when need another vehicle we will definitely be checking in with Ron first.

EDIT: After 10 months, I had consistent issues with the vehicle and finally had the transfer casing completely blow out to where I was stranded on a cross country trip. I recognize that I purchased an older vehicle, and some of the issues I had were not things Ron would be able to predict. However, I was told by both Ron and a mechanic friend of his across the street that the vehicle was in great shape. When I got the vehicle back to Atlanta, I immediately learned of $2K in repairs it needed and my mechanic asked if I could return it. I should have listened to my gut and returned it when Ron offered it, as I had constant headaches after. The main reason I edit this review: Get your own independent, and thorough inspection done by a mechanic you know and trust. I was led to believe Ron's A

Purchased a Toyota Tacoma for my daughter from Captain Rons. He allowed my daughter and I to drive everything on the lot so she could decide what she wanted. This truck was in great shape for the 2006 year it was. I have not found anything wrong with this truck and to add to that Captain Ron even replaced the headlights with brand new ones due to I was concerned that my 16 year old was going to be driving this vehicle and the lights were a little faded due to the age. Please note that the price I agreed to pay was with the 12 year old lights and he did not try to charge me any additional money. I know I have two more drivers around the corner and if Captain Ron has the vehicles my kids want then I will purchase them there because I know he and his son put a lot of time in trying to purchas

Captain Ron and his son are excellent people and as honest as you'll ever find in auto sales. I just bought an 07 Tundra from him for a great price, and there was zero hassle or hidden fees. They also offer a warranty on the engine for a period of time after purchase. I'll do business with them again when I get rid of my wife's SUV.
