Car Aid - Waterford

I checked my radiator reservoir dip stick today. It was very dirty. I called Car Aid and told the guy about my findings. He said they don't do pressure cleaning with equipment but they drain the system and use water until its clear and clean out the reservoir! They would use a garden hosr blah blah... I said yes the reservoir needs cleaning its very dirty and that's why im calling. He quoted me 200.00! Fair enough im on my way. I get there and there's a different guy working. I told him exactly what was said, he agreed. Well as I watched it noticed the guy was putting everything back together... No Hose no nothing! I said isn't he going to clean the reservoir? Owner was very friendly and tended my needs. I came in to have exhaust tips adjusted and he was friendly enough to take me into the garage and ask what I want and take a look at the truck to see what he can do. Very honest and friendly employees. I would recommend anybody to check this business out with any automotive repairs needed. Car Aid will take care of your problems.

First time with Car Aid in Waterford and the experience was great. I read some reviews online and took a chance. I wasn’t disappointed. Super friendly, honest, no nonsense. Really great communication and service. The repair price was reasonable. I’ll return again if I need a repair!

I really appreciate the extra care the crew at Car Aid gave to my vehicle. I have been trying to keep my car with high miles on the road a little longer and they went above and beyond to come up with a solution to repair my car with cost in mind considering its age. They gave me an honest opinion and got me back on the road. I will consider them my go to from here on out with any car issues. I highly recommend their services.

Was recommended by family member. They said how happy they were with their service. Had car trouble and Car Aid didn’t disappoint. Ralph was so pleasant to work with.
