As a single woman , I am very hesitant about getting anything done to my car. Today I came to this location for an oil change, but got so much more than an oil change. They put air in my tires, checked my lights and signals, and check so many other things on my vehicle. They were very professional and they provide fast service. I am extremely happy with the services I received here today. Thank you all so much, I’ll definitely be back.

I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and with their expertise in knowing how to take care of the needs of your vehicle. I bought my truck up here needing an oil changed, and it also had a little bit of smoke that would come from under the hood when it’s driven for longer than an hour. I was told by Correll that the previous oil change places having been putting the wrong oil in my vehicle and that I needed a specific type of oil. One the service was done. I have yet to have the smoking I did have previously. Also the truck runs better! It’s been 4 months in counting! All of my cars moving forward will be getting its oil changed here! I do recommend! 5 Stars

Yes, they are quick at oil changes. But the multipoint inspection seems to lack more than filling or checking the fluids under the hood. But mostly, I’m frustrated with the moment I had when I presented a coupon once the mechanic told me the total price. He asked me to “let us know you have one beforehand.” I know what this means, and sadly, it’s the same at any place you get an oil change: the total price will go up, and the coupon will discount it to the price that everyone else pays without a coupon. YOU NEED YOUR PRICES POSTED somewhere and not just inform us what it is verbally. Isn’t that illegal to not have a visual with prices? I know a business is there to make a profit, but you’re also supposed to make customers WANT to come to you. (Y’all need to work on that part)
