Everyone there made me feel at ease. They explained everything. Every step taken. Answered all my questions. Made me feel welcome and cared about. The work performed was fantastic. They even cleaned the interior. My Subi looks brand new and its a 2013. If you need auto body repairs, go to Car Care Collision Repair in Cedar Springs Mi. No reason I see to go anywhere else. These people are fantastic.

Why go anywhere else? Car Center was very knowledgeable and transparent through the whole process after I was in an accident. They helped me understand the quoting process and how insurance would be factored in. They kept me updated through each step of the repair and put me in a nice loaner. Upon picking up my car, it was freshly washed and they even cleaned the interior mats. My car feels brand new after picking it up from Car Center and I am grateful for their work.

Fast and completed the work early and called me so I could have my vehicle for the weekend. Great place to work with. Only complaints I have is make sure you tell then you want to look at the parts and they write it down, I asked but it didn't get written down so they sent the core for my headlight back befor I got to look at the damage.

I’ve been to a few shops over the past year and this one by far got the job done. Was very pleased they got the repair done without breaking other things like other shops have done to other vehicles I’ve had repaired. Highly recommended

I was pleasantly surprised when Car Center contacted me to schedule an appointment before I could contact them. Each time I had contact with Car Center, whether in person or via phone, I was very satisfied. Everyone was very professional and kind. I was always greeted warmly and with friendly and informative conversation. I never waited more than 60 seconds for anything. The repairs were completed, and my car was available for pick up a day earlier than anticipated. My car looks like it's brand new! Car Center has a sign by the road that always has an inspirational saying on it. Their business card says that fixing cars is their job and helping people is their business. I fee
