I had a flat tire and happened to be in the parking lot if thier hobby shop and the Young man, I believe Matt was his name, helped me out and refused and cash donation. He saved my day. I'll be supporting this business for future needs! Man deserves a raise ;)

I cannot say how much I appreciate Carl, Bob and the crew there. My Duramax was a basket case of what turned out to be wiring issues and they got it fixed. With the good experience I had with my truck I ended up having my car towed there and just said what I was told, turned out it was something different and they got it fixed for way less than what the other shop tried to sell me. This is one of the very few honest shops in the area. I will always have my car serviced here from minor issues all the way to the major ones.

**update 8/25/25** I won’t be returning to this place any longer. It’s disappointing because the work I’ve gotten there in the past was great and I was happy. They had my truck for one week and there was zero communication on their end. I was always having to call and ask the status only for them not to know what work it needed yet. Bob is great, I feel bad for him because Carl runs this place like a joke and Bob is left to deal with the unhappy customers who have no idea what is going on with their vehicles. There is no drop box, so you’ll have to leave your keys in the vehicle there overnight. Maybe if Carl moves on and this place gets run properly, it’ll be a successful venture, but for now, it’ll be without my fleet of trucks going there. I am beyond happy with Pro-Auto Works. So thri

My vehicle has been at this shop since April. My boyfriend keeps checking on it and gets, "It'll be done next week!" or "..later this week!" each time. Yesterday he was told it would be done today. They close at 5pm normally but were already closed when he arrived shortly after 4pm today (7/23/25). I'm dealing with breast cancer and currently on chemotherapy, it would be great to have my vehicle back and not have to borrow cars constantly! This is beyond ridiculous.

I had good experiences in the past but I just brought my car in and got charged and quoted obscene amounts. Quoted 600 for 2.5 hours labor and a $70 part. $600 for 4 subframe bushings that they said didn't have any issues was twice what the other shop quoted me. Last year when they did my heater core it was 600 which I was happy about but I had to bring it back in because the tech decided to drain all my Ac fluid out which they shouldn't have. They do good work! But I feel like who answers the phone depends on how much you pay. If it's not Carl giving you a may get a really bad rate. I will return because they are honest but in this economy I may be paying for getting diagnostics only and then taking it home and spending forever to do it myself.
