Honestly, the very best experience I could have asked for! I am a manual-only car owner for my personal comfort, and as technology changes they are harder and harder to come by. After 4 months of searching, we found a manual Bronco at Vanderhyde Ford. I live in Tennessee, and after 1 call, Ray and Keith took the car off the lot, put a sold sign on it, and took it off their website. They held it for me until I could fly up to Michigan, and even picked us up from the airport. Showed up to check out some F-150s on a Saturday morning with my wife. I had a really good idea of what I wanted. Pulled in, did a lap and stopped behind an Avalanche Grey F-150. Allen stepped out almost immediately and introduced himself, asked if I needed anything. He was very friendly and there was zero pressure. I just said i wanted to drive a couple trucks and that was it. He pulled up what I wanted to see, told me to take my time and allowed both my wife and I time to drive a couple trucks. Ended up leaving with a truck, the same one I stopped behind when I pulled in actually! The process was super smooth, low stress and everybody was in a good mood. You could tell they took pride in what they did there. I would absolutely come back again!

The team at VanderHyde Ford is terrific! We were looking for a specific truck in a specific price range and the team went to work and found the truck in IL. They arranged a Dealer trade and we had the truck and drove it away in two days. The entire search and purchase transaction went very smooth and flawless. I will go back to VanderHyde Ford for any future vehicle purchases we make and highly recommend them.

The salesman was nice and down to earth. After the purchase that my fiance made for us, I'm only disappointed and feel like she was taken advantage of. They basically took advantage of the excitement and lack of knowledge. The tires are weatjerchecked and leaking air, there's bolts for skid plates cross threaded and half bolted in, the oil filter access is not removable as the bolts are rounded and nothing fits, I had another ford dealer break that news. Apparently they didn't service it like stated, or they did the shady work. It shakes badly around 80, but theure blaming the tires, after a 50k+ purchase I'd like to get more than a month before needing tires. Very very disappointed, if you're a car savvy person I'm sure you'll be fine.... I have heard nothing from them in a weekish... ibw

I am so grateful I stumbled upon this dealership during my search. As a young woman, car buying is a scary process. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly kind, honest and made the process so easy.
