We are from Oregon and our truck batteries died last week. After getting a jump we called Car Clinic and they said they could see us right away. (You don't want to turn your truck off until you are somewhere that can help.) I was helped by the owner and he had his tech put two new batteries in. (HD Diesel pickup) When the truck had problems rebooting electrically I took it back the next morning and they fixed the software while I waited at no additional charge. Everything has worked great since. The batteries were a good price. Thank You, Gary Isaacson

I recently took my vehicle in for a diagnostic, and I was really impressed with the service. The team was very knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain everything to me in a way I could understand and what my options were moving forward without trying to push unnecessary repairs. My family was visiting Indianapolis from Chattanooga, TN for the Junior Gold Bowling Championship. The day after we arrived we started having car troubles, my car(2016 Ford Explorer) began overheating. I’ve been taking my vehicles to Car Clinic for several years now. They are outstanding in every way. They are friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding all aspects of car repair. Their pricing is very reasonable and their mechanics are masters at their craft. Perhaps most importantly they are perfectly honest and trustworthy. I brought my 2017 Ford F150 XLT with 78,800 miles in for a front and alignment. Right away it was brought back out without an alignment. They explained that the lower ball joints needed replaced at a cost of $729.70. I refrain from having the repair done and consulted two other mechanics about the issue, One of which was Pearson Ford. Both locations resoundingly reported that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the ball joints. Upon inspection, it was noted that not only was there no movement, but the boots on the ball joints were sealed had no cracks and no dry rot.
