Car Company

I really appreciate there service and that fact that they don't charge $180 an hour. My repair was great. There receptionist wasn't friendly but there service was great. That's what is most important.

Made an 8 am appointment to have my transmission filter and fluid changed. At the time of making the appointment I was told it would be done by 12. Waited 3 weeks for my appointment and dropped my van off on time. Hadn't heard anything from them by 1:45 so I called and they hadn't even started on it yet. I planned my day around this appointment and simply couldn't wait for them to possibly get around to it that day or the next, then why did I make an appointment. Needless to say I picked up my van and will take my business elsewhere. On top of all that they wanted me to drive across the freshly painted entry to the garage to leave. I insisted they lay some cardboard down so I didn't get bright yellow paint on my new tires and possibly have it thrown up onto the side of my van. Can't commen

Brian and his son are very nice, honest, and good mechanics. My mom likes Brian because he doesn't try to overcharge you nor mess up your vehicle for more money. I like them because they kept to the timeframe they said, and were able to do fix something on my car when I took it in for an oil change. Fantastic people!

Recently, we took our truck to them for a fuel filter and oil change. The work was done quickly with a very reasonable rate for their quality services. We were very appreciative of Arlan's straight forward evaluation of any upcoming issues. We will be using Car Company in Milton Freewater for all future maintenance and repairs.

Got me in immediately and very fair on his prices. Brian (owner) treats you like a friend from the time you 1st meet him and forever after that. Thanks Car company, you did great
