After a terrifying experience with a rockslide, I had been unable to get help from AAA or AllState Insurance for towing because it was a weekend and their contracted people were not available. John at Jim's towing not only was available, but showed up with a sense of urgency, got my SUV to the collision repair show and completed the drop off of my keys so that I could get to the airport in time to make a flight home. Not only that, I got in the car for my ride to the airport before getting my receipt and John texted it to me later than day and followed up with a phone call to confirm drop off at the collision shop. The service from John at Jim's Towing was superb. I would recommend this company to anyone needing towing.
Helped me out when my car overheated. Unfortunately my bumper was damaged while being towed. They were super helpful and nice with repairing it!
Very helpful and caring. He got our truck running then had us follow him to the shop.
Great service by extremely knowledgeable people. Always a good experience
