I don’t usually leave reviews, but Daniel and John at O’Reilly Auto Parts truly deserves one. They went above and beyond to help me with my issue, showed real expertise, and treated me with respect. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. Thank you for letting me borrow the pallet jack, and bringing it to me as well. As a trucker, pallet jacks aren’t readily accessible, and the store we were delivering to didn’t have one. They went out of their way to help me finish the delivery, 5 stars for their hospitality.

Purchased a battery for my Jeep. Kyle and was happy to install the battery and took the old one off my hands. This made my day a lot easier and with no additional charge. Both employees were polite and professional.

A few months ago I went to Oreillys in Milton freewater, Oregon. It was a very hot day and I was there to purchase Freon for my vehicles air conditioner. The only shady parking was on the side of the store so that’s where I parked. An employee came out and told me to move. He said this parking is for employees only. I thought this was quite rude. I moved my car and thought maybe he was having a bad day so about a week later I stopped in for another can of Freon and the exact same thing happened. I moved my car again. Still went in and purchased my refrigerant. Only two places in town to purchase this stuff but maybe you should reconsider that policy.

On two occasions, I’ve been told that a part was available only to show up a short time later to be told for one reason or another, it actually isn’t there. I was told they had had a part in stock and would set it aside for pick up. I showed up less than half an hour later and they told me they had sold it 5 minutes after I called, despite having been “reserved” for me in pickup and being a very specific part for an older vehicle.

Always have a good experience here. These guys know how to help. Not common anymore
