He was super efficient, made sure to keep us updated on the repairs the entire time and was such a pleasure to deal with. Exceptional work. I never expected 100% on the repair to my bumper cover. They exceeded my expectations. When they finished, my car looked as good as new. They are not close to me, but were highly recommended by a friend in the automotive industry. When my insurance adjuster saw I was taking it there, he said "They're excellent. They've done work for our customers in the past, and I have had absolutely no problems with them." Even if you're a distance away, it is well worth the drive to get your car fixed right. I hope I never need them again, but if I need any auto body repairs in the future, they are my first choice.

Needed to get my car frame straightened out. They did a bunch of work, and panels look good. but the structural damage they did not address, the key important part so it could drive properly. I was told by them that they can do it; But it was not done. So my expectations were not meet. I took it to a different shop, and they finished the work.

Somebody punched a hole clean through the bumper of my wife's new car. I called Joe on the suggestion of the local dealership who sold us the car. After viewing the damage, Joe quoted me a price that was more than fair, and, not only is the finished work undetectable, but he threw in a couple of other jobs without charging for them. He says he likes to take care of his customers and he means it!
