Ken's Auto Repair

Got in a car accident down the road, I’m not from around here so I don’t know the area well. I had to get off the road so I pulled into this parking lot. It is currently snowing as it’s the middle of winter. An employee of this mechanic shop was plowing the parking lot shortly after I pulled in. He could have just done his job and went about his day as it is a Sunday and the shop is currently closed, but no. He finished what he was doing and came over to my car to ask me if I was ok and if I needed any help with anything. I gave him the run down of the situation and told him it’s basically a miracle that I got my car to this parking lot and I am just waiting on family to come and hopefully help me out. Ok Tracy will probably be shocked if I actually get this posted because every time I've tried to I mess it up. If you are reading these reviews it probably means that you're looking for a mechanic maybe even a new mechanic. I can tell you I have tried finding a good mechanic for over 50 years and while I have found a few that were okay I have never had a mechanic as good as these guys. From start to finish they are top notch professionals Tracy, Brandon, and the whole crew or just fantastic. I have never been happier than I am using these guys. The issues get fixed right the first time. They're pricing is more than reasonable and what's more they get the job done quickly. Do yourself a favor if you're reading these reviews because you need a new mechanic and give these guys a call. I'm not

I took a car that I was purchasing for my son to Ken's Auto. Highly professional, took time with us to explain the findings. This is a trustworthy and knowledgeable service center!

My experience with Ken’s garage was good and there prices are reasonable. Few months back , I had an issue with my car and no one could figure it out, which cost me a lot of money wasn’t too happy with it, but I found Ken’s garage and ever since they had found the issue and fix the issue at a reasonable price. I continued to take my vehicle there. My experience was good and I find that they know what there doing I recommend. And I’m really particular when it comes to my vehicle and who works on my vehicle So for me to take my car to them, that means I trust them again I do recommend. ever since they had fixed the issue, I had no more problems which I’m very grateful for .i will continue working with them.

Called day before for a pre purchase inspection. Fit me right on there schedule next day and handled everything. Ms Tracy at the register was wonderful to talk to would recommend 10000x times over
