Was heading to work today and caught a flat on my way in. I arrived here at midas and it was a quick and easy process. unfortunately, they didn’t have my tire size, but they were able to put on a spare within 15 minutes. 100% a very quick turnaround and i’m back on the road.

I brought my truck in to have step rails installed. They were able to install one side, but were unable to complete the other side due to a spinning cab mount nut. I understand that issues can come up. However, I was charged $226 for the attempt, and the job was not completed. That was disappointing, especially since I left with only half the work done. Additionally, I was questioned about my tire size and why they were “wrong.” The tires were installed by another shop, and the comment felt unnecessary and unrelated to the work I came in for. Overall, I left feeling frustrated. I respect that time and labor cost money, but I would have appreciated more transparency on pricing. That charge was for 1 hour supposedly. Based on this experience, I’ll be reconsidering where I bring the rest

Brought my BIL's car there for an inspection and tire replacement. Mike and his crew members were able to inspect, and repair the vehicle in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. Would recommend Mike and the crew over at Midas any day of the week. Plus they always have great billboards.
