Car Fix Waterford

Called when I noticed my tire pressure dropped to 9. Belle Tire down the road was drop off only and I expected to have a hard time calling around but when I called Car Fix, I spoke with a real person right away, and they were able to check it out within ten-20 min, no drop off required, with a full parking lot. amazing service. They filled all my tires, and patched the nail right away! The waiting room is comfortable and tucked away in case you have a long wait, mine was not long, but very comfortable and extremely good customer service and people. Thank you so much for your help! It just got very snowy and I feel much safer driving around :)

First time here and I had an amazing experience! I needed an oil change and didn’t have a set appointment so I showed up and they were able to fit me in. I was in and out of there so quick. Thomas was my service advisor and he was great! I will 100% be going back. Very nice place and people. I highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of patronizing Car Fix Waterford to obtain a pre-purchase inspection of a used vehicle. I was able to get an appointment for the day and time I needed. They were actually willing to work with the schedule I was on. Once there, Thomas took note of areas that concerned me in addition to the thorough inspection to follow. Once the inspection was completed, I was walked through the results and able to ask and have answered any questions I may have had. I was also provided approximate cost to make some of the repairs. I was even informed the cost for the inspection could be put toward the cost if the repairs where to ve done within a reasonable timeframe. I must say my family has had experiences with three different Car Fix locations and here, just like those,

I am very pleased with Car Fix. They are so pleasant and professional. They always tell/ show you if you have a problem on your car that needs to be addressed. They don’t pressure you but tell you whether it needs to be addressed immediately or if it can wait and also give an estimate of the cost. They have a nice waiting room with coffee and water. Been going to them a couple years.

I found a nail in my tire and they were able to fit me in Christmas Eve morning to fix it. Waited no more than 15 to 20 minutes for them to check it and plug it. They handed me my keys and said I was all set. Asked about cost and was told to not worry about it. If I wanted to give them something, a nice review would be enough. They certainly helped to make my holiday less stressful with their professionalism, quick turnaround, and gesture of goodwill. Happy new year. May 2026 be good to all.
