You will always find friendly people here, but when it comes down to something that's not quite factory equipped, Rich and his professionals can find an answer and the parts to make something work for you. I made sure to stop in here after confusing the counter people at the other places like I've done so many times before, Rich listened to my craziness and almost immediately had a better solution for what I'm trying to do. It turns out cheaper for those very same parts through his store than the others with their crazy discounts that may or may not apply this month!

Rich is incredibly helpful and wants to educate his customers on their vehicles! There's never a sales pitch here; they sell you what you need and nothing extra. Happy to do business here!

Poor, arrogant customer service....Delivery drivers in and around Warren area need to take a driver safety course.
