Car-Mart of Altus

We had a great experience at Car-Mart of altus Mandi was very professional and done her best to get us in the car that we wanted and the best deal that she could get us. Very friendly people who will go the extra mile to do what they have to do to get you in a car. Felix is a great general manager and he worked with Mandi to accommodate us and get us in a vehicle that suited our needs and on our budget. Five stars for Car-Mart altus it was easy and a pleasant experience.

Very easy to work with, and they only required me to put 1000 down, I didn’t have any credit and they still got me and a truck the same day, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new car/truck! I am very happy with my purchase from car mart

My Jeep died 😢 was not planning on buying a car this fast in 24 hours after Jeep died. New to Altus stopped in here and must say friendly staff and new GM Felix and Mandi the sales person were not pushy but friendly and very patient with me as I drove just about everything g and found something I didn’t like about each ( color on inside stereo stupid shit) 5 hours later got a vehicle! 🚗 less then $300 down payments Felix made it to every 2 weeks st my budget $250 bi weekly Even filled car up with gas ! I had heard his bad thus place was but people it’s new GM give Felix the chance to help you out !!!

Updating my review of Car-mart if Altus. I first purchased my truck from them in 2020. It was exactly what I wanted for hauling horses and things around the farm. Life happened and car mart was always so willing to work with me as long as I communicate with them! I paid off my truck in March of 2024. While understanding I bought a 16 year old truck and put a lot of miles on her, we decided it was time for something fuel efficient and a nicer family vehicle. I called Felix the assistant manager and he was speedy and friendly about calling me to find out what we were looking for. He let me drive anything I wanted to see, got the paperwork and down payment ready for when we got back. Maddie was very patient with us while putting in our info and made great conversation. I had an absolutely awesome car buying experience from Car Mart. Matt was the best. Very professional. He answered any questions I had with the SUV that I had picked out. Told me all about the car and everything that came with it. Felix was very sweet and professional as well. Maddie did an amazing job with the closing paperwork. I will definitely be referring people to them and I will absolutely go back for another car in the future. Thank you guys so much for everything. UPDATE: the SUV that I had gotten was hit with hail to the point where it was totaled out by my insurance company. I filed my APP claim along with insurance claim.
