I can’t say enough good things about this shop. I went in for an oil change and cabin air filter replacement, and as always, they were professional and easy to work with. On more than one occasion, they’ve taken care of issues without even charging me, even though I know it required their time and skill. I don’t trust my car to just anybody, and they’ve truly built my trust to the point that I keep coming back. They clearly prioritize customer satisfaction over profit. I left with a smile — Smiley’s definitely lives up to the name. Highly recommend!

Just bought a 2016 Infiniti QX 80 with a huge 5.6 L 8 cylinder engine. I brought it in to Smiley’s and told KEVIN and the guys that I wanted it to sound like a jet engine. They came up with the plan to put on two Flowmaster Super 10’s with four chrome 4 inch tips. Due to a trailer hook on one of the sides under the bumper, I couldn’t put the tips out wide. So we decided to put all four together in the center like a Corvette. When you put on the gas, it sounds like a jet when you let off the gas it gets completely quiet even in cruise control. My wife won’t need earplugs when we travel back-and-forth to Tennessee several times a year !! ***I’m pretty sure it’s the only infiniti around with this kind of set up and I couldn’t be any happier!! I had an excellent experience with these guys. I had an issue with an exhaust pipe flange bolts being sheared and stuck to the flange on my 2019 Ram 1500, which caused an opening in the exhaust flow, essentially straight piping my truck (sounded cool, but needed fixed). The guys there were very friendly, gave me an estimate within 10 minutes which was VERY reasonable, and they had me out of there within 45 min total by installing a flex pipe. Truck doesnt sound as beefy, but its as quiet as a mouse now. 10/10 would recommend giving them a shot.

I arrived early and took my car straight back. They were courteous and the lobby was super clean and comfortable. The price was great as well!!
