Black paint shows everything — every swirl and tiny scrape — and I was honestly blown away by how flawless it looked when I got it back. They perfectly corrected all the swirls and scrapes and restored the finish to better-than-new condition. What truly set this experience apart was the owner. Charles and his team at Makai’s Detailing detailed my RAV4. They did an exceptional job cleaning the interior (including shampooing the seats) and exterior (I especially love how they restored my trim!). I dropped my car off right before 8am and it was done around 11:45am. The owner called me himself to inform me my car was completed and the options for payment/pickup. There were options to pay online or in person. I would say the prices were reasonable for their expertise and quality. My car smells great and has never been cleaner. I definitely recommend experiencing this for yourself!!

I can't say enough about Charles work. He was quick to respond to my questions and booking. He was able to pickup my husband's car for a full detail and kept me updated on the progress throughout the day. He delivered a spotless car that looked better than the day we bought it.
