Car-Mart of Dothan

I needed a vehicle and they financed me when nobody else would, this is my second van purchased from car-mart of Dothan, its like new condition, super clean with low hours and mileage. Y’all go give them a try!

I just bought a car yesterday. Dre was my salesperson. He was amazing at thoroughly explaining the entire car buying process to me and helping me a car that not only was a perfect fit for me, but within my budget. His communication was amazing and he was very understanding and knowledgeable of every question I asked . HE WAS ALSO HONEST!! Liz completed the process for me and made sure I understood all the important information I needed to know before driving off of the lot ! I have already referred friends and family ! I’m am so excited and happy to be riding in my very first Kia!!

Car Mart was so professional. They handled my entire family with care the way that they assisted me yesterday I was in and out in less than three hours and had the most easiest transitional car buying experience ever if I could redo the experience again I wouldn’t change anything about it from the mechanics to the account specialist to the building manager. They have a really great team at Dothan car Mart and I 10 out of 10 recommend them to anyone who needs assistance and purchasing a vehicle of any sort.

The Dothan Car-Mart lot goes above and beyond for their customers. I had an excellent experience purchasing a vehicle. Liz and her team are completely transparent and honest. They will make you feel right at home. I had lots of laughs with them. Thank you for what you guys do!

First stepping in, really loud tv sitting on a table. Also loud music. I went around 1. Gave my info right away, they took forever to get their part situated. Finally he comes to tell me the only vehicle I qualified for was a red 2014 jeep suv type. Was nice and cleaner inside than the ones I looked at. He then stated the amount for the suv was 16,000 and 500 month because they do short term… I am on disability. I told him that was ridiculous, and how could they state they help people. He said oh that’s just the credit they help with. If your credit isn’t shot just go to a dealership.
