Tam was a very outstanding salesman. Tam went over and beyond making sure we got what we wanted. Tam was a great listener and very professional and knowledgeable. It was a blessing to have someone like her to assist us she made the process fast and easy she is definitely a great asset to the company. They would get five stars but the problem is once you pay your car off they no longer care I paid my truck off and have called the store 4 different times to ask about a spare key that they may or may not have and they take my number down tell me they will call me back and never hear from them I guess when you pay your loan off a year and four months early it doesn't matter to them all they care about is the money I'm sure if I missed a payment they would have called me or used the key that I'm trying to find out about to come and take it from me but I guess I will take it as they don't have a key. I'm also trying to get them to report it to the credit report that it's paid off so I can buy a new truck they report every month when you are paying on it but when you have it paid off it's tak

John was awesome… very upfront and honest about reliability of the vehicles and things of that nature. Very communicative about everything through the process and has an impeccable attitude, was all around a wonderful person to do business with! I Highly recommend asking for him if you start business with these guys. Everyone was super helpful and on top of getting things taken care of, Great job Prattville!

When everyone and everywhere told me no or wanted a super high down payment, CAR-MART said YES and we’ll leave you something in your pockets for gas lol!!!!
