Car-Mart of Siloam Springs

Not sure of the lady in payments but they called and told me I had a payment due last Friday (today is tuesday) I'm set on autopsy. I told her that and she said well it didn't go through. I asked her to go ahead and run it. She rudely said she can't do that. Then told me it is the tax payment due. I told her my paperwork said it's due on March 5th. But it doesn't even matter cause the money in the account. She got really hateful, for literally no reason and hung up on me. I was calling to make the payment, I was just stating the money is in the account and it was on the due date for auto pay. I don't know if she was just having a bad day but absolutely horrible customer service.

After looking for several vehicles in my area I came across the car i wanted. After contacting siloam springs carmart, I decided to go ahead a purchase this vehicle. After the first few months I went to register my vehicle, little to my know knowledge the car still had a previous lien. The day I purchased the vehicle it had just been brought to the lot and pulled off the trailer. So the paperwork was never right, amd after addressing this issue several times with no response they finally told me to send them the previous lien holder information qhich I did because my tag agency printed it for me. So now After 8 months still same problem persists and customer service was terrible. So I dont have the car now nor my money back. So beware!!!

I drove up here, from Muskogee ,to get a vehicle I saw that I liked. Everyone here at the Siloam Springs Car Mart is awesome. They worked quickly for me to get on the road. The car buying process was easy and quick.
