Car-Mart of St Joseph

I went to car mart in desperate need of a car. I went on a Saturday and I got there at 4pm. They set me up with Willie and we went back and starting doing everything. The longest process was the actual application, it took about an hour and a half. Then at about 5:30 I began looking at cars. They close at 6 but Willie was still willing to let me test drive a car, when we walked back into the building the manager, Tisha, asked if I wanted to buy tonight. I was super happy they asked if I wanted to as I needed a car asap and knew I would have to come back on Monday which was a workday for me. They immediately started doing the process of buying the car. By 7:20pm I had left the lot with my car. The reason I’m not leaving 5 stars is the following day of getting my car, the check engine light

Just purchased my second vehicle with car mart and I’m every bit as satisfied as I was the first time around Tish is amazing has always done right by us and after purchasing our last vehicle back in 2019 and paying it and we thought it was time for an upgrade! Needs met ✅great customer service ✅another happy buyer and satisfied return buyer ✅✅💯 keep up the great job ladies and you will have a customer for many more years!

They closed at 6 PM. My fiancé and I was not able to make it in until 5 PM they still accepted us in they went beyond and over to make sure that we were satisfied before leaving along with did everything in their power to help us the best they could I really appreciate everything that they did for us today. I would highly recommend checking them out the process took a little while however they weren’t at all upset that it went past their closing time they stayed a little over two hours past their closing time just to allow us to leave with a vehicle the vehicle same day. I want to say huge thank you to Allen/Taylor and the general manger for all being very helpful and respectful. Y’all definitely got 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️from me

I went to car Mart in Aug to try to get a vehicle, was told no due to no down payment at the time and no cosigner. They told me to come back when I have a down payment. Went back yesterday with $300 more than their required down payment, got the paperwork done and was told all is good and time to figure out what car I wanted. It was after 4 when we got there and by the time we finished with the application it was after five.
