I had a pleasant experience here all around. The owner seemed to actually care about what type of vehicles he carries. When they advertise as no credit check they actually mean it. At a time when we were desperate to get into a vehicle after being in a wreck this place was truly a blessing to us.

Recently purchased a vehicle. Quick approval ! 1700$ down and the vehicle had many issues to begin with. I bought it in, a week later , tears because I worked hard for the money . I got yelled at and very unprofessional. Even asked for my keys back and was told no. They called that’s afternoon and said I could come get the car after they worked on it. It still had lots of work to be done. I recently have been getting the work done. My payments are automatic , it didn’t pay 2 payments 209 for each. I called Friday to get an explanation to why it didn’t take my payment , and talk about a payment being made and when , literally within 24 hours they picked the car up and hour away over 400$ !!! I’m writing this review because my experience with this dealership was extremely stressful and disappointing. I purchased a vehicle here, and within two weeks it developed a serious engine issue. Within the first 90 days, the dealership picked the vehicle up, but I was later informed it would not be returned. I was told this decision was related to a negative review I left after being asked to give a 5-star review, which I declined because it did not reflect my experience. Communication after that point was very poor. I live in a different city and was never given the chance to retrieve my personal belongings from the vehicle, which added even more stress to an already difficult situation. Review for Car Nation Inc. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and within two weeks an engine issue occurred. Within the first 90 days, the dealership picked up the vehicle but later refused to return it. I was told this decision was connected to a negative review I left after declining to provide a 5-star review, which I did not feel was appropriate based on my experience. Communication afterward was extremely poor. I live in a different city and was not given the opportunity to retrieve my personal belongings from the vehicle. Multiple attempts to resolve the situation were unsuccessful. Based on how this situation was handled, I would not recommend this dealership.
