He communicated directly with my insurance company and kept me updated throughout the entire process whenever I asked. Having an accident is stressful, but this was by far the least stressful part of the whole experience. Knowing my vehicle was being taken care of and that I didn’t have to handle anything myself was such a relief. After I picked up my repaired vehicle, I even received a follow-up call to make sure everything was running well and that there were no issues.
