I live and drive 25 miles to have my Elantra and 1995 Jeep Cherokee serviced at Chapmond Auto in Hot Springs Arkansas. As a senior, it means everything to have a repair shop I trust. I recommend Chapmond Auto. Forest, Rolo and the great technicians in the shop. John H

Champmond Automotive does an extremely great job for their customers. They are afffordable and efffiecient and know how to treat their customers. Forrest the Manager does a great job with each and every person. The people at the front desk are amazing. Great job team!

Forrest, the Owner, did a great job helping me install two front struts. I bought them from Advanced Auto Parts, just East of the shop. I got there at 7:30AM on Friday and he told me to show up at 7:30AM on Monday. The work was complete at 10:31AM. The service writer & tech notified me that I needed a new ball joint, which was part of the rattle I heard. As well, he notified me that I needed my brakes changed very soon and told me how much pad was left in millimeters and that my sway bars were shot. The allignment was cancelled due to needing to replace the ball joint. All 3 people were nice, professional and fast. The waiting room was cool, busy and had about 4 seats. There's places nearby if you need to sit and work or kill time - Walmart, Popeye's, Sonic, Sutherlands.

Found leaks I wasn't aware of, but was certainly happening. Now I feel confident for a long road trip.

They are extremely timely, honest, and have excellent customer service. Can't recommend them enough!
