Their attitude is wild! you’d think they were running Tesla the way they act, lol. Most of their parts are low-quality aftermarket, and then they throw a huge markup on top. You can find the exact same parts on eBay for more than half the price. Honestly, save your time and your wallet

We own a small body shop in Portland that orders parts frequently. The entire staff is professional, courteous and friendly. Their deliveries are prompt and the drivers are respectful. Prices are great too!

This is the worst company ever. The people running it have no customer appreciation manners at all. They tried to sell me a damaged part . That they repackaged, and they knew it was damaged, and they were willing to only take $46 dollars off a bad part . Then when I confronted him, he threw me out of his building and was cursing at me . That's not the way you treat your loyal customers.
