Car Wash

We took 2 large dogs on May 5, 2020 to get washed after they visited the dog park. I read some of the reviews about cc not being used correctly, so decided to use cash. I put $20 in and then noticed it did not give change. We brought our own shampoo. I only used the rinse for washing the dogs. The water was nice and warm from the start. After they were rinsed well, I used the blower to dry them. It was very strong and cool. My dogs seemed to enjoy it. I had plenty of time left over from the original 24 min so decided to sanitize the bathtub as well. We could not get the door to lock, so one person had to watch it so that the dogs did not push out. I've used this car wash with good results for a couple of years now. On Saturday, February 8th 2020 the automatic wash stopped after a few seconds and I had to exit without getting my truck washed. I called one of the numbers on the door and left a message. They called me back on Sunday and emailed me codes for two free Platinum washes. They will continue to get my business!

The so-called G Force Car Wash does a reasonably good job for a touchless. I've been going there for years and been fairly satisfied overall. I'm guessing that the ownership has changed hands recently. They have completely replaced all equipment and systems in the automatic wash, and they've added a self-service 'pet wash' as well. With the equipment updates, they ditched Rain-X protectant and shortened the drying cycle to only one minute - it should really be 90 seconds - but at least now there's a timer outside the bay to show you how much time is left. The price of the top-tier wash hasn't changed; it's still $15.

I used it few times before and thought it was expensive but ok. Last week, went in for an automatic car wash, it accepted payment ($9) but wouldn't open. Later that day, I sent an e-mail it bounced back then I called the number posted on the door and the guy apologized and took my mailing address to send me 3 free wash vouchers. Never received anything since. I will not go back there anymore.

It's relatively new. The DIY stalls equipment all works as it should! THIS PLACE IS GREAT compared to most self-wash carwashes in Lincoln. So many rundown self-wash carwashes have defective equipment(the foam brush doesn't work or when you dial up the various wand settings but they take forever to start - all of which eats into the time on the timer you've paid for: TAKING YOUR MONEY and delivering NOTHING, leaving you with a soapy car and no time on the clock to rinse it off, so you have to pay MORE just to finish.
