Car Wash

Lots of soap comes out of that one I mean lots if you turn on the soap brush tons of soap comes out awesome for $2 bucks.. that gets it started. I suggest putting one more dollar in to finish it. Amazing nice high pressure wash best value I’ll probably say all of Michigan! My car is old so I don’t care if the rinse left spots on my windows. I need a paint job any way soon before the salt gets dumped on the roads.

If you come here with a black vehicle when you go to wash it off you’ll have white soap crap still all over your car once it’s dry even after spending a ton of time rinsing it off. Something isn’t right with their sprayer and it’s mixing stuff into the water in the high pressure rinse setting. I now have to bring my truck to a completely different car wash and spend another $10-$15 to get all this dried up white stuff off. This place was a complete waste of money and will make your vehicle look just as bad if not worse than how it was before you got there. I know it’s something wrong with their car wash because I don’t have this problem at other places I normally use.

I had no problem when the price went up from 1.50 to 2.00, as 2.00 for the initial wash was still a fair price. I do have a problem with the water not being as clean as it used to (not sure if they are now using recycled rather than fresh water). The last two times I have washed my car, there has been dirty water on the car--even after a thorough rinse. Never happened in years past. I also have a problem with the additional quarters only adding about 15 or 20 seconds of time to the wash. I can no longer recommend this car wash which was once the best around for the money.

Used to be a good car wash (I have been using it for 3 years now) but quality has come down over the last 2-3 months. The time has reduced for the money put in, pressure is still decent but the switch-over takes a longer time than I remember when you change wash mode. I also noticed that the pressure in pre-soak is worse now. Once I contacted the phone number to get money back when the wash was broken. The owner had me move a barrel to the wash bay to block it off and promised to send money back (not much, just $5) via check. It has been more than a year and I have not received any check. I have now switched to Lighthouse on Jackson. They provide 5 minutes of wash time for $3 and even take credit cards. I would avoid this unless there is no other option on your way.

I pay $1.25 for 4 minutes at a car wash near me, this place was almost twice the price for half the time, and they were out of soap. I called the number to let them know and never got a response.
