Brought my wife’s car in to get new tires, mounted, and balance and pre-purchased through online, when I pulled in following my wife and she walked in to talk with the service rider and drop the keys off. She was rudely spoken to and told the tire choice would not fit her car even after she nicely told them previously over the summer we had lifted her jeep 2 inches and the tire choice was picked based off the lift specs. After her letting me know that he was rudely talking to her and did not want to do the work. I had proceeded to come inside and tell him everything that was done to the car. I had brake work done here and later experienced issues. When I spoke with the manager, he was rude, dismissive, and talked down to me, acting like customers know nothing while he knows everything. Very unprofessional attitude. Would not recommend this location. I brought my 2019 Nissan to this location on December 22, 2025 for brake pad /rotor replacement and spending over $1,300. Just overnight after the service, I began noticing abnormal noise and friction from the brakes. I understand that minor noise can sometimes occur for the first few days or the first couple hundred miles after brake work. AVOID at all cost. My husband and I had the absolute worst experience with this place. My husband's car broke down after work last Tuesday. We called to see if we could tow here since the were open late even though it was far from our home. They said we could come in as they were open until 7pm. We arrived at 6:30pm to find the place closed. We called the service line and they said we could leave the key and we would have an appointment at 8:30am. The next day they let my husband know the located the part with the issue and they would get it in that day. Fast forward to 3 times of getting the "wrong part" and us being without our car for multiple days they let my husband know the car was fixed and ready for pickup. Just over a month ago I had gone to this shop with my wife to get her oil changed and they recommend that the rotors and tires get replaced. I figured it would be a good time to get it time so we went ahead and decided to accept them getting the job done. At first we felt a little concerned that the car make some squeaky noise and scrapes but we were reassured the same day before leaving that that is normal. I had doubts so we took it to another job a few days later to get the car inspected and they found something that I wish not even on my worse enemy would have there wife deal with. Accepted an appointment with a maintenance voucher from Hertz for a Kia EV6, then when I arrived acted like I was an idiot because he doesn't take evs, but when you take the appointment and the name of the car is EV6, shouldn't that flag it in the system to not accept it? And then when I called back to the appointment number to try to get a different branch that would help me, she simply transferred me back to the same condescending manager
