Car-X Tire & Auto

We had our SUV towed to car-x after it had broken down on the freeway. First of all they were kind and generous with their time and support and basically over the top helpful. They reviewed all the costs and needs of the vehicle very timely with reasonable options and costs. Our vehicle was really in very bad condition and too much money for us really to keep fixing it. They were kind and honest and helped us make the best choice. We ended up deciding to let go of our vehicle and they allowed us to keep it in their parking lot for a few days before we had it picked up for donation all of this at no charge. I would recommend Car-x, I believe they do a very good job.

Have had nothing but trouble at this location, took my vehicle in for an oil change in April ($173) and they broke one of my side mirrors. Covered under warranty but they never took blame for it. Decided it couldn’t be this bad a second time, well I was wrong. Quote was $208 for oil change, tire rotation was not necessary so I opted out of that. Wife picked up the vehicle and when she got home I noticed not only was I charged $25 for a tire rotation, but was charged twice for a shop fee $35 in total. Will never return or refer anyone to this company

Mike and the guys at CarX were great. They serviced my vehicle for a set of new tires, and Mike was able to give me a number of recommendations to choose from based on need and pricing. I asked them on the fly to do a brake inspection before the new tires went on, and it was no problem. I’m very happy overall with the service these guys provided!

I had a set of 4 wheels shipped directly to the store for installation. While awaiting installation of my tires, the shop technician reached out to me and informed me that there was damage on 2 of the wheels straight out of the shipping packaging and helped me promptly file a claim to have them replaced in under a week. My situation was handled with a great deal of integrity and professionalism and I felt my issue was promptly resolved.

my husband and I were there this morning with our sons car to be fixed, right away we were greeted with a smile. we would reccomend car-x to everyone, a great bunch of guys that are very informative, very kind and friendly, prices great. They went above and beyond our expectations!! so if u get a chance look them up u wont regret it. The manager is the best!!!😊
