RMF Auto Service

I brought my pilot to them and they took awesome care of me. They did not do anything until I approved it. I could approve one thing and not approve another which was nice. They itemized what was wrong by most important which was great! The lady at the desk is so warm and welcoming. I’m always told to stay away from them for car repair because they will rip you off….well I didn’t listen and I’m glad because RMF took good care of me and I will continue service with them!!!!! I went to the one in Hudson just fyi!!! I’ve also had my company lift van serviced by them as well and even then they were awesome!!!

I have gone to RMF auto service in New Richmond several times throughout the past years and I have always been treated very well. Deborah the receptionist is super friendly and a person you can tell that she loves her job. This is the first time that I've met Travis the manager. I called him so many times with every question under the book and he was so very patient with me and answered everything so I can understand. Elliott is the man who did the repair to my car. I wasn't able to get a lot of interaction with him though very friendly and knowledgeable I highly recommend coming here!!

We stopped here after hitting an ice chunk on the road to see if they could quick fit us in to remove the broken piece of our car. They fit us in and were so amazing! The staff was super nice and they got us back on the road in 30 minutes. Best place we've ever been to. Thank you to all of the staff at RMF!

Absolutely the BEST auto repair in Hudson. The staff is awesome. The shop has some great mechanics . I wouldn't think twice to bring them more work. Check them out,you won't regret it Bob

Big fan of RMF Hudson. We’ve brought two vehicles to them now. A Jetta and a Jeep. They quickly assessed the issues, answered all the questions we had, and they were up front about all prices. I liked the way they talked about pricing as an “out-the-door” price instead of making it confusing like I’ve had with other places. They were super responsive, especially Lori. Both times the cars were done same day. They work quick and I’ve had zero issues after services. I would highly recommend RMF and will continue going to them for all future services.
