From the first phone call to getting my "new" car back, OUTSTANDING. In an age dominated by crappy customer service, the folks at Gateway Auto shine. From appointment setting, to drop off (evening drop off with one of the best key drops I've ever encountered), to text notifications, to diagnosis, to the repair, I could not have been happier. In fact, it was so painless, the final cost was with every penny. I could go on for hours about these guys. Mine was an incredible experience and they are my new go-to mechanics. Very disgusted with service. Spent thousands of dollars on repairs and for expensive new tires, since my old ones leaked air. Get my car back and within days all brand new tires are leaking air. I find out they didn’t put new valves/stems on the tires, used my old ones that leaked air. Makes no sense and other mechanics were shocked by this, as well.

I'm editing my review after around 4 years, I'm guessing, of bringing my vehicles to Gateway. I'm still always thrilled with the quality, efficiency, and reasonable costs of their services. I trust them entirely, and recently, they added wheels, tires, and all new suspension to my Tacoma. Everything turned out phenomenal, and I've had zero issues even with all the new parts. The price was even LESS than I expected! Can't recommend them enough!
