Carapella's Collision

My car was rear ended and had extensive damage. Carapellas did an amazing job guiding through the process of it ultimately being totaled by insurance. They communicated so well and I really appreciated all the care they had put into the situation. I'll definitely return for any work I may need in the future. Hopefully not another total though!

The communication, the speed of the job, the quality, incredibly pleased and would come back in a heart beat (though here's hoping I don't have to any time soon.) Crunched my Challenger's bumper and bent the fender back, chipping paint on the front edge of the door. Figured with the specialty paint it'd be an expensive nightmare to get fixed up but they were great. I had a some damage from the dealership opening the doors of the other cars into one another, knew it was a matter of a couple ny winters before I had to deal w the rust, they fixed those up too! Good to see her whole again.
