Route 352 Batteries

We came in with a big problem and when the batteries on our trailer were not handling our business John knew what to do. He got us what we needed the attention to detail when he rewired our trailer battery compartment is second to none from labeling wires and zip tying reds together and blacks together. John is professional, knowledgeable but most of all personable. Will be back again and again.

Route 352 Batteries is hands-down the best in the area. Honest, fair prices, and they truly go above and beyond for the customer. They’ve helped me on numerous occasions with everything from car batteries to emergency lights to small engine equipment, and the service is always fast, and honest. They will absolutely look out for you first and do whats right for you! Today they took the time to diagnose an issue with my car battery, and I couldn’t be more appreciative. I’ll gladly bypass any big box store to support a business that genuinely cares about its customers. Highly recommend!

I'm not quite sure I've waited this long to post a 5 Star Review for this business and the owners, John and Landy Knowles. I have used their services over the past few years and every time I walk in, I'm greeted with a warm 'Hello' from friendly and very knowledgeable people. I know John the best and he is always ready, willing and able to exceed my expectations for whatever I might need. I strongly urge you to give Route 352 Batteries a chance to make you glad you stopped in. He truly takes a vested interest in you, the customer. I just remembered why I decided to write this review. Today, I stopped at 4 businesses and the most rewarding customer service experience was my time with John. It reminded me of how it used to be when the customer was treated like a "King!"

Love this place so much, John is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful at all times always going the extra mile!!! Even offers Blem batteries. I would not ponder the thought of spending my money anywhere else when it came to anything battery related. Strongly recommend this place💯🫶
