Ok, so I had a complicated case. My van was due for inspection and I was getting nowhere by going to different shops in the area who just played guessing games or threw parts at it to no avail. I was getting very frustrated and ready to give up when a friend mentioned Klopps. The technician Joey not only properly diagnosed my vehicle he also took the time to properly explain what was going on through the process and answered any questions I had. I was completely surprised he got it to pass inspection! You guys saved my car! Thank you for going above and beyond!

Okay so I'm a skeptical person first off just put it that way!! I'm a self-employed owner operators a pilot car for New York State and I had issues with my transmission and through the grapevine I was told to go to these guys now first off I was leery!! but after 6,000 miles and multiple jobs and back and forth to Washington DC to get my kid no issues did have a little issues with the torque converter first off but everything cleared right up I appreciate you guys very much your friendly local neighborhood pilot car Chris Honseler
