Cardinal Auto Wash and Drive Thru Beverage

I joined the VIP Text Club to receive a free car wash and was immediately impressed with both the quality of the wash and the excellent customer service. Blake was especially helpful—very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I was so impressed that I signed up the same day for the unlimited monthly Cardinal Car Wash and even got the first month for just $1! Great experience all around. Highly recommend!

I have been going to this wash for years. I try to support smaller independent businesses like this over big businesses like Classic auto wash. However, I have seen a complete decline in the quality of this car wash. Both my car and my husband‘s car are both scratched on the side mirrors, even though they fold in during the wash. The owner would never accept liability for it so I’m not even going to bother to try. On top of it, I recently brought it to the owners attention that the vacuums have very bad pressure and some of them rarely work. This has been going on for the last couple years. He tried to explain it away as they are older, etc., and that they don’t really charge for them so basically take it or leave it. You do charge for them in the monthly rate so don’t tell me you don’t,

Great experience. My car is spotless after getting the $17 wash. I was impressed by the extra effort that the employees gave by thoroughly spraying and hand washing my car before entering the automatic wash. I haven’t experienced this level of effort from other Mentor car wash places. The only constructive feedback that I have is that it would have been nice if one of those three employees that helped clean at the beginning should have been working at the exit of the wash. There was no one there. I am just used to seeing that service being provided by other car wash places. Not a big deal at all, but I had to drive up and park in a parking spot to fold my mirrors back in place. I didn’t see any towels available to wipe off excess water, but that wasn’t a big issue. Bought gift cards instead of unlimited washes for now because I run 3 different cars thru. Washes the cars and an SUV equally well. The prep at the beginning makes a huge difference, and its not just covering the dirt with wax like a touchless. Been thru about a dozen times, great results every time. And its awesome to be able to grab a bottle of wine for dinner or a couple 6packs to share with the guys. Now the detail services are open and are also a great deal. Great job Rob and crew for investing locally and providing some premium services for my rides!

My car had bugs on the windshield that I thought would not come off with this wash. They scrubbed both windshield and back thoroughly before putting the car through the wash. They did an excellent job. The back came out cleaner than it ever does in an automated wash. I will use this wash again.
