While I initially had a positive experience with this dealership, my recent interactions have been extremely disappointing. I purchased a used car and leased a new EV from them on the same day, during which I was promised a free EV charger and installation. A few days later, I was given a JuiceBox Pro 80 and told to call a number to schedule the installation. It turned out the installation was not free — the number belonged to a third-party subcontractor that quoted me nearly $1,000 for the job. Fine, I figured I’d arrange my own electrician instead. FYI when I read the reviews of this place before going in, I saw many glowing 5 star reviews that I thought perhaps were planted by friends and family, but now I believe they are real reviews because I am now the one posting a glowing review.
