CarFast Collision & Hail

Took my truck to EAS for an oil change. The next day Alex & Amber pull up. Before even looking at my truck, Alex says they can give me a quote for hail damage on my 2020 Sierra. But I dont have any hail damage. I had a couple very small dings on the side. Alex was a little confused and started to search for hail damage. They mentioned insurance would pay for it. I explained I had a high deductible but I need a quote for some body work on my Jeep. They ran the value of my Jeep and said insurance would not pay to fix this. They will just total it out. I explained I dont have full coverage on my Jeep and it would be cash. My perception was that they only wanted insurance jobs. They said they would get me a quote for the Jeep. Never heard from them. So I decided to call them. Amber explained

These guys are amazing. Quality of the work and customer service is top-notch. And i'm a perfectionist. I dropped off my wife's car day 1 with probably 40 or so hail damage dents.. and it was ready the next day! Crazy PDR work. The quality is impeccable, every dent is 100% gone like it was never there. I'm definitely not saying that every car can or will be done that fast. Every car is different. But they earned a loyal customer for this and I'll bring all my cars here in the future.

These guys and Amber, the office manager, really know their stuff! They are not only very professional and knowledgeable about their job, they’re friendly and extremely efficient and considerate of their customers time and money. Alex and Andrew were very patient with me in explaining the process and what needed to be done and were very open and honest about pricing because I couldn’t go through my insurance. 10/10 highly recommend these guys!!! Really good work, lots of attention to detail. Very efficient. My insurance company said Amber (Office Manager) was great to work with. Highly recommend.
