Don't trust them!!! We bought a car in elgin. Had issues within 30 day warranty. They towed it to aurora. Took mechanics a week of trial and error to find out what was wrong. Fast forward 10 months. New issues. Took to our mechanic who stated when it was worked on before, it was put together wrong. Stated they had never seen anything like it. Surprised it lasted that long. Of course both elgin and Aurora are now closed. Called waukegan, closest to me, explained situation. They stated that they would have to look at it but we have to pay 300 for tow. Then told they would fix it and finance the repairs. Refuse to take responsibility for their mess up We had to get a different car as this one is unrivaled. I told them to come get it and it was their problem. I am not paying anymore.

Update: Really starting to regret getting a car from here! FIRST DAY driving off the lot… the fuel filler tube BROKE OFF!! Drove it more and a light popped on and it started to have a REAL BAD SHAKE! I took it to the shop for it to get fixed and that two almost took TWO WEEKS to finally get it.. Get it & it’s making a clicking sound when putting it in Drive, park and etc I drove 2 hours away praying that I wasn’t on a blank mission. When I say Raul and his team welcome me with open arms… I knew I made a good decision cause he did everything to help me find something that I love! Love the great energy everyone had also… very much appreciated and driving off the lot with my car :) thanks everyone… hit my guy up please ! Very much recommended

Miguel was really friendly, definitely easy to have a conversation. He was going to help me out with the whole process. Didn’t end up needing too but it was the thought. Definitely recommend, I have been here before this would be my second time.
